We specialise in customised programs for individuals. We are a bespoke service for a select number of athletes. We actually do the same stuff you do as an age grouper-work a professional job and aim to race at a high level- we are not a mass market club.
Many of our clients train on their own. We provide a high content structure and guidance for these people who may not belong to a regular squad although many do as well.
Our clients want to fastrack their triathlon knowledge when they don’t have access to a coach running a large squad
Based in Brisbane,Melbourne and Perth we are able to offer face to face or online/telephone coaching. We have competed at the highest level ourselves and still competing. We understand the demands of professionals (non triathlon that is) and business owners trying to have a serious go at it -thats us!
Our programs integrate the latest technology- Power based programs (SRM,Powertap,Quarq etc) GPS (Garmin,Sunto,Polar) etc and software (WKO+, Training Peaks). We are able to work with your chosen equipment.
Our athletes race Olympic through to Ironman distance- typically our athletes have moved out of the beginner stage and are trying to unlock their potential a bit further- Hawaii, World Age Group ITU, Winning age group titles or just smashing their mates at Noosa
