I had been documenting this as part of the training philosophy thread, but I thought I should break it out of that thread.  Mainly because I wanted to say thanks to Fluro.

Training wise I am doing a long ride each week focussing on Zone 2, a couple mid length rides with some Zone 3 week and 1 session a week of 6 x 4 on 2 off.

Results so far

November - 36:37 http://app.strava.com/activities/3792320
December - 34:49 http://app.strava.com/activities/3435167
January - 36:21(very windy, slightly different course due to roadworks) http://app.strava.com/activities/3791667

Then tonights session:

February : 33:59 (Garmin time, for some reason Strava rounds up!) http://app.strava.com/activities/4331725

Absolutely pumped to break the 35kmh average, I promised myself I would allow myself to buy a powermeter if I broke 34min.  Didn't think I would get there this quick so don't have the cash together yet....guess I had better start saving!

Again....thanks Fluro!

Nice Brendan,

Very consistent improvements, 2.5min since November is huge and it does look like your slowing down either.

Thanks for sharing.

Keep it up and keep us posted.
